The Yarra Valley and Yea Valley Regions

The Yarra Valley is already world renowned and its best known areas are within easy access of Melbourne and prodice full flavoured wines with excellent structure and balance.

Tthe Yea Valley is a new emerging area adjacent to the northern end of the Yarra Valley. The source of the Yea River rises in the Tollangi State Forest and flows down to the west of the Glenburn crossing the Melba Highway again at the Devlins Bridge. It is joined buy the Murrindindi River then passes north of town of Yea before fowing into the Goulbourn River betweeen Yea and Seyour. This area, now known as the Yea Valley, is rapidly emerging as a source of extremely high quality cool climate fruit, producing elegant wines of outstanding colour and flavour.
